Return Policy
  

Return Policy

·        Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of the item and items returned to Envirologics Laboratories LLC no later than 15 days after RMA is issued.

·        Not all items will qualify for returns. Buyer’s remorse is not grounds for a return. Approval of return requests is at the sole discretion of Envirologics Laboratories LLC.

·        A standard restock fee of 25% will be applied to all returns. This may be modified at the discretion of Envirologics Laboratories LLC.

·        The buyer must reach a return agreement with Envirologics Laboratories LLC. There is no guarantee that a credit will be made for an unauthorized return.

·        Merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, accessories and instructions, and wrapped securely to protect from damage in shipping.

·        Refused and returned goods will be inspected to assess condition and re-salability.



Refund Policy

·        The buyer will be responsible for the following costs unless otherwise stated in writing by Envirologics Laboratories LLC.

o        Original packing and shipping costs

o        Any accumulated storage fees from the carrier

o        Return shipping costs

o        Restocking fees (25%)

·        If the seller agrees there is a misrepresentation, the seller will refund only the purchase price of the merchandise upon its return to the specified return address.

·        Envirologics Laboratories LLC will deduct all applicable charges before issuing a refund.

·        If the buyer fails to follow these terms and conditions, there will be no credit.

·        The buyer must recognize that complexity of returns and cancellations may cause a refund to take up to 60 days. Envirologics Laboratories LLC customer service and accounting staff will work hard to complete the process as quickly as possible.




Shipping Damage

While every effort is made in packing and correctly filling your order, occasions will arise where a package is lost or damaged in transit. To insure your order is received complete and undamaged, the following order check-in procedure must be followed:

1. Inspect the entire shipment for visible damage prior to accepting the shipment, and note any damage on the delivery ticket/bill of lading before the delivery person leaves, or note such damage on the bill of lading if the delivery person does not wait. For packages left at your doorstep, immediately inspect the exterior of the carton(s) and note any large dents or tears on your packing slip (invoice).
2. Verify the  Envirologics Laboratories LLC number of packages delivered with the packing slip/ invoice provided by Envirologics Laboratories LLC.
3. Unpack your order immediately and inspect for hidden or concealed damage, even if you do not plan on using the item right away.
4. Should any damage be discovered, retain the shipping carton and any inner packaging, request inspection immediately from the carrier as well as make a written request to the carrier. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

Contact Envirologics Laboratories LLC Customer Service to inform us of the situation and we will file the claim for you. Please have your order number, shipping information and tracking number ready to assist us in this process. Envirologics Laboratories LLC will arrange for return shipping to our distribution center for an item that was sent to you in error, received defective, or damaged in shipping (assuming the criteria for the order check-in procedure outlined above has been reasonably met).

ONCE YOU HAVE INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED THE SHIPMENT, THE SALE SHALL BE FINAL AND ENVIROLOGICS LABORATORIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS YOU SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVER. PLEASE NOTE, YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SHIPMENT IS AN EXPRESS ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT THE SHIPMENT WAS COMPLETE AND UNHARMED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
